What is an Ozone Sauna?
Ozone Sauna Therapy is a powerful detoxification and recovery treatment that combines infrared heat with ozone (O₃) gas to cleanse the body, boost circulation, and support cellular regeneration.
The ozone detox sauna is a personal ozone steam sauna that infuses the chamber with ozone, carbon dioxide, steam, photon light, and oxygen.
This process helps to fight off parasites, bacteria, fungus, viruses, and even yeasts. It can also support athletic endurance and recovery by supporting the lymphatic system and depositing more oxygen to cells, improving the mitochondria’s ability to make energy. In addition, it has shown to help with women’s health issues, including fibroids, infertility, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and more.

This non-invasive and deeply relaxing treatment supports skin health, cardiovascular wellness, and metabolic efficiency—all while you sit comfortably in a warm ozone-infused sauna for just 20–30 minutes per session.

How Does It Work?
Ozone Sauna Therapy works by delivering ozone (O₃) gas into the sauna chamber, where it is absorbed through the skin and lungs. The combination of heat, steam, and ozone increases circulation, enhances oxygen delivery to tissues, and supports detoxification at a cellular level.

The Science Behind It:

Ozone therapy supports the body by reducing oxidative stress by signaling it to reach homeostasis via it’s own cascade effect (rather than a drug that turns things on and off and causes imbalances). Basically, ozone therapy works in conjunction with your body’s own renewal and regenerative processes.
Ozone is a highly reactive form of oxygen that consists of 3 oxygen molecules instead of 2. When in the body, the ozone will oxidize, and thus destroy, any harmful substances or foreign objects. As a result, oxygen ends up providing the body with more energy! Additionally, it reduces the oxidative stress in the body by stimulating the body’s antioxidant response.

What Can I Expect During an Ozone Sauna Session?
Your Ozone Sauna Therapy session is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing experience. You’ll sit inside a sealed sauna pod, where ozone-infused steam gently surrounds your body (while your head remains outside for comfort).

As the warm steam opens your pores, ozone is absorbed through the skin, stimulating circulation, detox pathways, and oxygen uptake. Sessions typically last 20–30 minutes, during which you will feel a gentle warming effect, followed by deep relaxation and increased vitality.

Your feet will be on PEMF plates to send (safe) electricity through your body - these frequency-specific microcurrents stimulate the body and literally recharge your cells much like your phone charger restores your phone’s battery.

Throughout the session, CO2 is infused at very specific rate to convert into carbonic acid as it reacts with the steam within the chamber. At this time, the chamber will get slightly warm (approximately 135 degrees F/58 degrees C), but not hot like a “regular” sauna. Rather, it is just warm enough to dilate the pores - this last about 3 minutes.
Once the carbonic acid cycle is done, the ozone cycle starts. At this time, the ozone reacts with the steam to form ozone products on the surface of the skin. Thanks to the carbonic acid cycle, the efficacy of the ozone cycle in our machine is maximized (unlike other ozone therapy chambers!).
Once the session is complete, all the steam is extracted into the large-volume activated carbon charcoal destructor to prevent the ozone-oxygen from releasing into the room.

After the session, many people report feeling refreshed, energized, and mentally clear, with continued benefits appearing over time as the body releases stored toxins.

You will want to avoid sweating and showering for at least 4 hours afterward, as the ozone is still moving through your skin, when sweating or washing it away will counteract that!
