HBOT

What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive, oxygen-based therapy that involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber to enhance oxygen absorption, promote healing, and accelerate recovery. By increasing oxygen levels in the bloodstream, HBOT improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and supports cellular repair—making it an essential therapy for athletes, post-surgical recovery, brain health, and overall wellness.

This safe and scientifically-backed therapy helps the body heal faster, regenerate tissues, and boost immune function—all while you relax comfortably inside a pressurized chamber for 60–90 minutes per session.

Breathe Deeper, Heal Faster, Perform Better!

How Does It Work?

HBOT works by exposing the body to increased atmospheric pressure, allowing the lungs to absorb more oxygen than normal. This oxygen-rich environment supercharges the bloodstream, delivering oxygen deep into tissues and promoting faster healing, cellular regeneration, and improved brain function.

The Science Behind It:

Increased Oxygen Absorption: Pressurized oxygen dissolves directly into plasma, tissues, and cerebrospinal fluid, reaching areas with low blood flow.

Reduces Inflammation & Swelling: HBOT lowers oxidative stress and cytokine activity, which helps reduce pain and swelling.

Accelerates Wound Healing & Tissue Regeneration: Enhances collagen production and stem cell activation, promoting faster recovery from injuries and surgeries.

Supports Brain Health & Cognitive Function: Increases oxygen flow to the brain, helping with concussion recovery, neuroplasticity, and mental clarity.

Boosts Immunity & Detoxification: HBOT enhances immune response and aids in the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste.

Benefits

> Increases oxygen levels for enhanced healing and recovery

> Reduces inflammation and accelerates post-surgical healing

> Supports brain function, memory, and concussion recovery

> Enhances athletic performance and reduces muscle fatigue

> Strengthens the immune system and detoxifies the body

> Improves circulation and oxygen delivery to tissues

What Can I Expect During an HBOT Session?

Each HBOT session takes place inside a pressurized chamber, where you will breathe pure oxygen in a relaxing environment. The chamber will gradually increases pressure to 1.3 ATA.

Sessions last 60 to 90 minutes, during which you may rest, meditate, or listen to music. You might feel a gentle sensation of ear-popping, similar to ascending in an airplane. As your body absorbs higher levels of oxygen, healing processes are accelerated, inflammation is reduced, and tissues receive essential nutrients for repair.

After the session, many people feel energized, mentally clear, and physically refreshed, with benefits continuing to build over multiple treatments.

> Athletes and individuals looking for faster muscle recovery and enhanced performance

> Post-surgical patients needing accelerated healing and reduced inflammation

> People recovering from concussions, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and neurological conditions

> Those struggling with chronic fatigue, brain fog, or cognitive decline
Individuals with compromised immune function or slow wound healing

Contraindications

> Individuals with untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung) should not undergo HBOT

> Those with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or respiratory infections should consult a physician before treatment

> Pregnant individuals should seek medical approval before using HBOT

> People with ear infections, sinus congestion, or recent ear surgeries may need clearance before treatment

> Individuals with claustrophobia or severe anxiety may find it uncomfortable, though mild sedatives can help if prescribed by a doctor
