Service Description

ILF focuses on training the brain at extremely low frequencies—often below 1 Hz—to help regulate and stabilize brain activity. Potentially, this can support emotional regulation, attention, and overall mental well-being by improving the brain’s ability to self-regulate at a very fundamental level. It can help improve symptoms of trauma, mood issues, sleep issues, headaches, migraines, concussion and other brain injuries.
